The Premium Group, through its activities and commitments, participates on its scale in limiting the environmental footprint of its activities, with the mobilization of all employees, collaborators and partners.
- Promote equal opportunities
Since its creation, the group has always been able to detect talents from diversity and contribute to the positive development of society. Through its actions, The Premium Group provides everyone with the same opportunities to access studies, work training, and the jobs it creates.
- Democratize access to culture
In 2023 the Premium Group is launching Premium Culture, a platform which offers its employees and partners simple, educational and fun access to general culture, lifestyle, general news, cultural events. Premium Culture is available in the form of a website, a mobile application, and the sending of a daily newsletter.
The group's CSR subjects and projects are discussed by the CSR, Communications and Public Relations Department during the Executive Boards and Strategic Committees of the Premium Group, in the presence of the managers of all subsidiaries and shareholders.

In 2022, the Premium Group affirms its ambition in environmental matters and creates a Public Relations, CSR and Communication department in order to implement a CSR-ESG strategy adapted to all the companies that make up the group, and which is constantly evolving .

- Measure: The Premium Group carries out a carbon assessment each year in order to measure its CO2 emissions and reassess the impact of its activities to achieve the objectives of its low-carbon policy
- Raise awareness: All group companies and partners raise awareness of environmental issues in their entirety and those in which the group wishes to invest. Several times a year, employees are invited to respond to collaborative projects.
- Reduce: With an ambitious CSR – ESG policy adapted to the categories that emit the most CO2, and which particularly concern Scope 3.
- Contribute: In 2023, the group is committed to financing a carbon offset project with Carbonapp. This reforestation project in Nièvre was selected by the employees and partners of the Premium Group. This first project supports the agricultural sector, environmental protection and biodiversity.
- Communicate: The group regularly communicates internally, notably via a newsletter, to its partners and collaborators, stakeholders, on the actions implemented, the commitments made on subjects relating to CSR – ESG.
