Our clients are primarily banks and interbank operators. Our services cover all payment channels (cards, SEPA, checks, withdrawals, etc.) and use cases (physical and digital).

Our CSR strategy:

STET initiated its CSR approach in 2021 and is structured around three main areas:

1. Green IT and Responsible Digital Technology

As a company whose business is primarily IT-based, we prioritize our actions on green IT, particularly optimizing the management of our infrastructure and equipment. We have adopted standards aimed at reducing their environmental impact. To anchor this green IT approach over the long term, STET has committed to signing the Responsible Digital Charter of the Institut du Numérique Responsable (INR), which includes nearly 30 concrete commitments to a more sustainable digital environment.

2. Responsible Purchasing

Beyond the IT component, STET conducts its annual Carbon Footprint®, with the support of a specialized independent third party, using the ADEME method and covering all three scopes. This measurement has allowed us to confirm that our carbon footprint is primarily concentrated in scope 3, and more specifically in Purchasing. We are therefore focusing our actions and efforts on optimizing our value chain. We engage with our suppliers through a Responsible Purchasing Charter and also ask them to commit to shared objectives. 3. Social and Societal

On the social front, STET has strengthened its commitment by formalizing its existing actions and affirming its commitment to progress, notably through the signing of two charters:

- The Parenthood Charter, aimed at promoting work-life balance

- The StOpE Charter, to combat sexism in the workplace

An environmental policy adapted to the group's evolution:

Our environmental and social policy is designed to evolve in line with our company, which has 500 employees (internal and external), and its projects. We integrate sustainable practices into our activities, systematically seek to optimize our resources, while taking action to reduce our carbon footprint by raising awareness among our teams. STET's CSR policy is structured around several pillars:

- Collecting stakeholder needs: We regularly engage our employees, clients, partners, and suppliers to identify and update their CSR expectations, and we structure them within our dual materiality matrix, which then informs our action plan.

- Measuring: Each year, STET conducts a Carbon Assessment© across all three scopes to quantify its carbon emissions and assess their evolution.

- Reducing: STET conducts a study, supported by a specialized service provider and following ADEME's step-by-step ACT method, to define a carbon trajectory compatible with the Paris Agreement and achievable for a company of STET's size operating in the service sector.

- Contributing: Aware that working with living organisms is a long-term process, STET has decided to contribute by financing carbon sink regeneration projects in partnership with Carbonapp, starting in 2024.

- Raise awareness: STET organizes a mandatory individual awareness campaign for its employees every year (via e-learning) as well as group events (e.g., murals). Advanced training workshops are also organized specifically for members of the Executive Committee. Information and awareness are essential to give meaning to our actions, encourage our employees to engage with us, and become involved in turn.

- Communicate: STET regularly informs its stakeholders about the actions implemented and commitments made regarding CSR. STET also strives to produce and share reports on its actions and results with all its employees (including the CSE), clients, and directors.

At STET, CSR is spreading and gradually taking its place within all business and corporate activities. From reducing our carbon footprint to raising awareness among our teams and supporting human-centered initiatives, we are committed to and working at our level toward a more sustainable digital world. Through a structured and collaborative approach, we mobilize our employees, partners, and stakeholders around shared CSR objectives.
